In a dramatic early morning bust, Hunter Valley Highway Patrol officers have nabbed a 25-year-old learner rider recklessly speeding through a quiet residential street in Kurri Kurri. Acting on a tip-off from a concerned Crime Stoppers caller, officers were deployed around 5:25am on Monday, 26 May, where they clocked a motorcycle flying through the neighbourhood at a staggering 114km/h — more than double the 50km/h speed limit.
