A CYCLONE watch has been declared for the Far North coast from Cape Flattery to Lucinda while a low pressure system off the coast continues to develop.
The latest update from the Bureau of Meteorology on Sunday said the system is about 270km east of Cairns and is expected to be upgraded to a cyclone on Tuesday morning.
