Council will undertake works in February 2020 in the Cessnock CBD- Cooper and Charlton Streets. The works include installation of additional bollards, speed cushions and paving rectification works.
During these works there will be unavoidable disruption to traffic. Traffic on Cooper and Charlton will be reduced to one lane with detours in place.
