In a terrifying incident near Killingworth this afternoon, a 4WD narrowly avoided a collision with an illegal dirtbike rider. The incident was captured on a dashcam and the footage has since been shared on the Lake Macquarie Locals Facebook page by Stephen Apps. As the 4WD approached a left learning corner, a dirtbike suddenly appeared, cutting the corner on the wrong side of the road.
