A Dutton Coalition Government will invest $100 million to construct a westbound overpass at the Maitland Roundabout, aiming to ease congestion and improve traffic flow on the New England Highway.
This major infrastructure project, driven by the advocacy of Liberal candidate for Paterson, Laurence Antcliff, will enhance road safety and efficiency, benefiting thousands of daily commuters.
“For years, Maitland residents have endured gridlock at this notorious choke point,” Antcliff said. “Labor has failed to act, but the Dutton Government will finally deliver real solutions.”
The new flyover near Maitland Station will significantly reduce travel times and improve connectivity across the region.
