Firefighters are currently battling a fire at the Former Kurri Kurri Workers Club on Lang street, Kurri Kurri.
Lang street is currently closed, please avoid the area.
It’s believed the building was to be converted into a medical practice.
The cause of the fire is unknown, but the building has been the target of vandalism in the past.
