A massive win against mandatory workplace covid jabs has been handed down in a landmark decision by the Fair Work Commission on Friday.
The Fair Work Commission found BHP had failed to properly comply with its consultation obligations and therefore could not show that its mandate was reasonable.
This decision will impact many businesses who think they will be able to mandate vaccination because is the cool thing to do at the moment, without thinking about whether or not a mandate is legal or even required.
Medical treatments should remain a personal choice made by a person under the guidance of a medical expert who can remain independent and not be influenced by big pharma and governments. Certainly it should not be a decision made by your boss who has no clue about your medical history.
I hope the workers who have been jabbed under duress or have suffered adverse effects due to the illegal mandates are fairly compensated by their employer.
The best thing you can do to protect yourself is to talk to your doctor and get vaccinated if your doctor says it’s the right option for you. Vaccine mandates and passports make no sense as both the vaccinated and unvaccinated can transmit Covid.
