On January 3rd, Alex Passfield allegedly breached an AVO that Caitlin Thornton had filed against him and assaulted her step father, Paul Bailey. Last month, Caitlin Thornton passed away.

Currently, case has been adjourned pending further charges. In another incident, it’s alleged that Alex Passfield threatened Caitlin’s mother with a walking cane on the day Caitlin’s life support was switched off. Alex is due in court on April 19th for the AVO matter involving Caitlin’s mother.
