Police have executed a search warrant as investigations continue into public place shootings allegedly involving members of the Nomads Outlaw Motorcycle Gang in the state’s Hunter Region. During the evening of Tuesday 8 March 2022, police attended a home at Edgeworth in response to a home invasion. The occupant, a 24-year-old, woman was seriously injured. About 9.10pm on Friday 8 April 2022, emergency services responded to reports of a public place shooting at a carpark on Arnott Street, Edgeworth.
