The NSW SES has issued an updated list of roads currently affected by flooding and closures across the Central Coast region.
Roads CLOSED:
- 🚧 Showground Road, Narara
- 🚧 Carlton Road, Holgate
- 🚧 Coachwood Road x Milina Road, Matcham
- 🚧 Hanlan Street South, Narara
- 🚧 Fountains Road, Narara
- 🚧 Burns Road, Ourimbah
- 🚧 Anzac Road, Tuggerah (reported closed by the public – see image)
Water Over Road – Use Caution:
- 🚧 The Entrance Road x Avoca Drive (Westbound)
- 🚧 Central Coast Highway, West Gosford
- 🚧 Wallarah Road, Gorokan (at the bridge)
- 🚧 Chittaway Road, Ourimbah (near the university)
- 🚧 Brisbane Water Drive, Point Clare
- 🚧 Warnervale Road, Warnervale
- 🚧 Wells Street, Springfield
Motorists are urged to exercise extreme caution and avoid driving through floodwaters. There are also reports of fallen trees across some roads.
