Specialist detectives have charged a 42-year-old school teacher following an investigation into alleged SA involving a teenage girl on the Central Coast.
Police began inquiries on Saturday (13 September 2025) after receiving reports concerning a 15-year-old.
On Sunday evening, officers executed a search warrant at a Kincumber property, seizing a vehicle and electronic devices for forensic review.
A short time later, detectives arrested the man at Sydney Domestic Airport. Police allege he was preparing to travel overseas via Perth.
He was taken to Mascot Police Station and charged with multiple offences, including aggravated contact with a person under 16, grooming, and related matters.
The man was refused bail and is set to appear in court today (Monday 15 September 2025).
Police will allege in court that the incidents occurred in August and September this year.
