Tre Rudolph has been sentenced to a minimum of 6 years in jail for causing the death of a 3-month old baby.
The incident occurred out of frustration and took place near Newcastle in 2020.
Rudolph was handed a minimum of 6 years in prison, and will only be eligible for parole in 2026.
