Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 17-year-old Hunter teen Nicole Beckett, who has been reported missing from the region.
Nicole was last seen at Central Railway Station, Haymarket, on Saturday, 6 September 2025.
When she could not be contacted or located, officers from Lake Macquarie Police District were notified today (Wednesday, 10 September) and launched inquiries into her whereabouts.
Early information suggests Nicole may have been in the Hamilton, Newcastle area sometime today. Police and her family hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Nicole is described as:
- Caucasian appearance
- Slim build
- About 175cm tall
- Dyed red hair
- Last seen wearing a red and black jumper with shorts
She is known to frequent the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas and may be using the public transport network to travel.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Toronto Police or call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 immediately.
