News Update: Cessnock Mother Takes to Social Media After Son’s Assault A concerned mother in Cessnock has taken to Facebook to raise awareness after her 11-year-old son was assaulted while riding home from Nulkabar Public School. The incident occurred around 3:30 pm on Wine Country Drive Road when a larger Caucasian male, described as bold and wearing a green shirt, red shorts, and purple slides, approached the boy and his friend.
