Gladys Berejiklian has indicated that she wants kids back to school in face to face learning environments as soon as term 2.
Government and education stakeholders are in discussions over an “increase in the level of face-to-face teaching” in Term 2, the premier said.
Term 2 is just 12 days away and health authorities still maintaining schools are safe for students to attend.
Scott Morrison praised teachers for remaining open at the end of term 1 this morning, adding to the narvitive for kids to get back to school.
As it stands at the moment schools are open and its best to keep your kids home if you can, this advice has not changed, but we are likely to here more on this matter before term 2 starts.
