A 29-year-old man has been charged after allegedly driving more than seven times over the legal alcohol limit in Belmont on Sunday afternoon. Shocked motorists called police just after 1:30pm, reporting a white Holden Rodeo driving erratically in Speers Point – bouncing off gutters and hitting concrete medians.
