A body believed to be that of a missing elderly woman from the Central Coast has been located at Iron Ladder Beach, Box Head, during a police search on Saturday. The 79-year-old woman was last seen around 1pm on Thursday, 8 May 2025, on Ocean View Road in Ettalong Beach. When she could not be located or contacted, officers from Brisbane Water Police District began inquiries into her whereabouts.
