Maitland Grossmann High School in New South Wales, Australia, is currently dealing with the aftermath of an incident in which a teacher, Mr. Kable, was charged with common assault following a physical altercation with a group of students in his classroom. However, despite the charges, Mr. Kable has received support from some members of the local community.
A Change.org petition titled “Justice for Mr. Kable” has been created, and as of the latest count, has been signed by over 1,600 individuals. The petition is calling for the charges to be dropped and for Mr. Kable to be reinstated as a teacher at the school.
