Police and a devastated family are pleading for help tonight as the search intensifies for 13-year-old Samuel Cashin, who has disappeared from Woy Woy.
Samuel was last seen around midday on Thursday on Norma Close, and when he didn’t return home or make contact, his family’s world changed in an instant. Officers from the Brisbane Water Police District launched an urgent search, but as each hour passes, fear grows heavier on the hearts of those who love him.
Samuel is just 13 — a child — and both police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare.
He is described as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, around 175cm tall, medium build, with black hair. He is known to spend time around Woy Woy and the Umina Beach Skate Park.
For every mum, this is the call you pray you never receive — a child missing, a family waiting by the window, hoping the next knock on the door brings their boy home.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen Samuel, or has even the smallest piece of information, to contact Gosford Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 immediately.
Every share, every conversation, every tip could help bring Samuel home safely.
