The man charged over a destructive fire in Warners Bay has been identified as 47-year-old Joseph Allan Green, who faced Belmont Local Court yesterday, Tuesday 10 June 2025. Green appeared in custody via audio visual link before Magistrate S Olischlager, represented by Ms Winter. The court heard allegations that Green deliberately set fire to a home, SUV, and motorcycle on Margaret Street, Warners Bay, late Monday night. The property was unoccupied at the time and was destroyed by the blaze.
