Mayor Jay Suvaal of Cessnock provided a recent update on the ongoing $4 million Mount View Road rehabilitation project, highlighting substantial advancements in the construction efforts.



Taking to social media, Mayor Suvaal shared the latest developments, stating, “Road rehabilitation work on Mount View Road at Cessnock is well underway. Construction of a dish drain in front of Mitchell Bros Earthmoving has been completed, along with road formation and asphalt work spanning from Links Ave to the Stonebridge entrance.”
The Cessnock City Council has enlisted the expertise of local contractors, Woodbury Civil, to execute the project after meticulously planning over the past 12 months.
