A leisurely ride turned deadly for a 45-year-old man after a shocking electric skateboard crash at Umina Beach.
Emergency services rushed to Trafalgar Avenue around 6 PM on Sunday, November 18, following reports of the devastating fall. Paramedics treated the man on the scene before he was airlifted in critical condition to Royal North Shore Hospital, where he tragically passed away.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. A report is being prepared for the coroner.
