47 YEAR OLD MALE ARRESTED FOR 2ND HIGH RANGE PCA IN A WEEK.
About 10:10pm 15 February quick thinking members of the public notified police about the manner of driving of a white Commodore Station Waggon in Fennell Bay.
Police quickly found the vehicle and stopped it in Main Road, Fennell Bay and the driver was given a breath test that returned a positive result. Police formed he opinion he was well affected by alcohol.
The male was arrested and taken to Toronto Police Station and a breath analysis returned a reading of 0.298
His keys were seized and he was charge with High Range PCA (2nd Offence) and Drive Whilst Suspended (2nd Offence).
