Man airlifted to hospital after excavator rollover near Nabiac
A man in his 60s has been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital after an excavator rollover on a property near Dyers Crossing, close to Nabiac, on Monday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the scene about 3.30pm on 20 April, with the Westpac Rescue Helicopter dispatched by NSW Ambulance.
The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team for head and chest injuries before being airlifted to John Hunter Hospital.
Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident are ongoing.
