Police Appeal for Information in Charlestown Investigation
Lake Macquarie Police District is appealing for public assistance in identifying individuals captured on CCTV footage in Charlestown. Authorities believe these individuals may be able to assist with ongoing inquiries.
Anyone with information that could help identify the individuals is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000, quoting Police Report E98323234. Information can also be submitted confidentially via the Crime Stoppers online reporting page at police.nsw.gov.au.
The police remind the public not to post prejudicial comments on social media, as the individuals in the footage may not be directly involved in any crime. Police are simply seeking to establish their identities as part of the investigation.
