Police have launched an urgent search for 13-year-old Phoebe Munoz, who vanished after leaving a Toronto school yesterday afternoon.
Phoebe was last seen around 2pm on Wednesday (12 November 2025) on Field Avenue, Toronto, but hasn’t been seen or heard from since. When she couldn’t be contacted, Lake Macquarie Police began investigating her disappearance.
Family and police hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her age. Phoebe is described as Caucasian, about 150–155 cm tall, of thin build, with medium-length blonde hair, brown eyes, and braces. She was last seen wearing a blue school uniform and is known to frequent the Toronto area.
🕵️♀️ Anyone who may have seen Phoebe or has information about her whereabouts is urged to contact Lake Macquarie Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
