A 73-year-old man has died following a single-vehicle crash in Taree on Saturday, 8 March 2025.
At approximately 10:40 AM, emergency services responded to a call on Muldoon Street after reports that a vehicle had traveled through an intersection, left the road, and crashed through a house fence.
The driver, the only occupant of the vehicle, was treated by officers from Manning/Great Lakes Police District and NSW Ambulance paramedics but was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other injuries have been reported at this stage.
Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash, and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
