John Stewart and Jessica Stewart fined following court findings over inspection report offences
HSV HEAVEN owners John Stewart and Jessica Laura Stewart have been hit with a combined $12,100.00 in fines following separate Local Court outcomes linked to alleged false or misleading pink slip (vehicle inspection) reports.
Court records show John Stewart was fined a total of $9,000.00, while Jessica Laura Stewart was fined $3,100.00, made up of 31 individual $100 penalties.
The matters were dealt with at Muswellbrook Local Court before Judge K. Hockey, with some additional charges taken into account during sentencing.
Despite the court outcomes, John Stewart has taken to social media claiming innocence, stating that charges were “dropped” and sharing selected documents in support of his position.
Court records, however, confirm fines were imposed as part of the final sentencing decisions.
Both individuals have previously disputed aspects of the allegations.
